This is one of just a few newspapers which printed: "Confederate States of America" in their dateline.
While the ftpg. is taken up with ads, inside has some war content including: "The Utley Gun" "Demoralization of the 'Grand Army' " "In A Bad Fix" and a great & lengthy letter from "Camp of the 1st Regiment, N.C. S. TR." at Richmond, with some great first-person commentary on the war.
Four pages, a bit irregular at the blank spine from disbinding, nice condition.
