THE WEEKLY ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS, Denver, Colorado, Nov. 15, 1865  This is actually a territorial newspaper as Colorado did not become a state until 1876, eleven years after this issue was published.
The Rocky Mountain News was Colorado's first newspaper, and this is one of the earliest we have offered.
