The top of page 3 has a report headed: "From Utah" which tells of the rule of law in the Utah Territory.
A portion notes: "...It seems to be a settled fact that the laws of Congress cannot be carried out or put in force in this Territory; the only law known, or obeyed in the law of the church, and that is the will of Brigham Young, who most clearly is the most brutal tyrant now on earth...".
Four pages, minor binding indents at the blank spine, nice condition. Folder size noted is for the issue folded in half.
