Articles include: "J.G. Whittier's Letter of Acceptance" as a Liberty candidate for Congress, signed by him in type: John G. Whittier. John Greenleaf Whitter was a staunch abolitionist. Also: "To the Friends of Freedom!!" "Dr. Humphrey's Sermon on Dueling" and much more.
Four pages, some foxing, generally good condition.
