The cover has: "OHIO.--AFTER THE CONVENTION--POPULAR RECEPTIONS TO GENERAL GARFIELD AT CLEVELAND," which has related text and additional photos on an inside page.

Complete in 16 pages, a bit of rubbing along the left margin, but overall good.
