The front page has a two column headline: "CAPITAL STUDIES REPEAL; PRESIDENT REMAINS MUM" with subheads. (see)
Page 7 of this section has a one column heading: "ST. LOUIS HAILS BEER AS TRADE REVIVIFIER" with subheads & related photo. (see) This was the Cullen-Harrison Act which allowed for the sale of 3.2% beer throughout the nation on April 7. The full end of Prohibition would come on Dec. 5 with the ratification of the 21st Amendment.
Complete section 4 only with all 8 pages, light toning and a little wear at the margins, otherwise good.
