Page 30 has a small and somewhat discrete one column heading: "KARL DANE ENDS LIFE" "Actor in 'Big Parade' Film Had Been Idle Two Years" (see) First report on the suicide of Danish comedian and actor Karl Dane. Unfortunately a small, inside page report but it is what it is, a first report. I suspect this is one of the few publications to report this particular event as other titles in our inventory do not.
Other news of the day. Complete 1st section only with all 36 pages, rag edition, a little spine wear, nice condition.
