THE CALL, San Francisco, California, December 16, 1913  The front page has a one column headline "Terrazas Would Die For Son" with sub "Aged Millionaire Willing to Sacrifice Himself to Villa to Rescue Boy". This is regards to General Villa's treatment of the people at Chihuahua.
Also on the front page is a small report "Poor Retouching Cause of 'Mona Lisa' Theft" which is in reference to the recent finding of the painting which had been stolen two years prior.
The back page reports "Cancer Now Cured by Radium" with subhead "Eastern Physicians Tell of Healing Growths in 48 Hours by Rays". "...The power of the rays of radium over cancer is not only wonderful, it is appalling almost unbelievable...".
Other news, sports and advertisements are within.
This is complete in eight pages with some edge tears, even toning, otherwise in good condition. Should be handled with care.
