Page 30 has a 9 by 5 1/4 inch advertisement for the opening day premiere of "The Time Machine" in Detroit, Michigan. (see images) 
I suspect this to be an extremely rare item because there was really no reason to save it at the time.
Complete with 48 pages, light toning and a little wear at the margins, generally nice.
