Often revered as the undisputed "bible" of Hollywood, the Sunday Calendar section occupied a rare space in journalism where a single publication could simultaneously dictate global entertainment trends and govern the inner workings of show business. Today, physical copies are an absolute rarity, largely because they were printed on standard, ephemeral newsprint designed to be devoured and promptly discarded at the end of the week.
Page 63 has a 10 1/2 x 6 inch advertisement for a upcoming performance by "Motley Crue" at the Long Beach Arena. (see images)
Complete Calendar section only with all 96 pages, tabloid size, great condition.

Background: On February 15, 1990, Mötley Crüe delivered a high-octane performance at the Long Beach Arena during their legendary Dr. Feelgood Tour, marking a crucial high-water mark in rock history as the band performed at the absolute peak of their commercial power and artistic cohesion. Returning home to Southern California following the massive success of their 1989 album Dr. Feelgood—the band's first record produced entirely sober—the concert served as a definitive victory lap, proving they could channel their infamous hair-metal excess into chart-topping, arena-sized perfection. Supported by opening act Faster Pussycat, the classic lineup of Vince Neil, Mick Mars, Nikki Sixx, and Tommy Lee commanded the crowd with hit-heavy anthems like "Kickstart My Heart," "Shout at the Devil," and "Wild Side," all framed by groundbreaking stage production that featured Tommy Lee's iconic 360-degree rotating roller-coaster drum rig suspended high above the audience.
