This is a severely damaged issue but on one of the most historic events of the 20th century. The front page has a banner headline: "U.S. DECLARES WAR ON JAPAN; Senate 82-0, House 388-1; Rankin Votes 'No'" with various subheads and related map. 
The front page and back leafs of the 1st section only (pages 1-2 & 9-10), much damage including text loss and small tears but the headline is intact. Will be sent in a white folder for protection. SOLD AS IS.
