The top of the front page has a one column heading: "MANILA BOMBARDED" with subheads. (see images) Surprisingly this issue is in good condition being from the "wood pulp" era. Very hard to find issues that are not totally fragile from this era in paper. Rare as such.
Complete with 4 pages, 23 x 19 1/2 inches, a few small library stamps within the masthead, a few small binding holes along the spine, generally nice.
