THE LONDON MAGAZINE, England, May, 1781 Near the back is a full page with a very nice & detailed: "Description of West Florida", which at that time was the present-day panhandle of Florida west to New Orleans. Nice descriptions of Mobile, Pensacola & other parts.
One of the two plates called for is present (map of West Florida is lacking).
Complete in 48 pages, 5 by 8 inches, a bit close-trimmed at the right margin of the title/contents page only, very nice condition.
Formatted very much like the Gentleman's Magazine but a much scarcer title. The title/contents page features a great engraving of the skyline of London.
