Page 2 has a report noting: "This morning...was launched from the upper ship yards, the U. States ship President, rated 44 guns. The launch was conducted by Mr. Cheesman..." with further details.
Page 3 has two Acts of Congress, each signed in type by the President, John Adams, and Vice President, Thomas Jefferson.
Four pages, very nice condition.
