The Louisiana Purchase on the front page...

SPOONER'S VERMONT JOURNAL, Windsor, Nov. 15, 1803  Taking nearly the entire front page and a small bit of page 2 is the full text of the: "TREATY Between the United States of America and the French Republic". It includes all ten articles with the signatures in type of the 3 principals: Rob. R. Livingston, Barbe Marbois (for France) and James Monroe
Page 2 also has additional reports relating to the Louisiana Purchase. Page 3 has a brief item noting: "In the Senate of the United States, on the 25th inst., the bill to enable the President to take possession of Louisiana was taken up---And on the question shall the bill pass?--it was carried in the affirmative--Ayes 26--Noes 6...". And the back page has reports concerning a message from President Jefferson relating to the Purchase.
Note: there is a small portion missing from each leaf, which has been replaced in photocopy, so no text is lacking.
Four pages, light damp stain to a lower corner, 2 small ink spots, and save for the mentioned replacement in good condition. Offered at less than half price.
