1936 USS Yorktown Midway carrier fame launching...

* United States Navy - World War II warship
* Future Battle of Midway sinking fame
The top of page 17 has a three column photo with heading: "An Airport Takes To The Waves" Also a one column heading: "CROWD ACCLAIMS YORKTOWN, NEW PLANE CARRIER" with subhead. (see images) This U.S. Navy carrier would play an important role in the Battle of Midway a few years later.
I suspect this to be a very rare item because there was really no reason to save it at the time.
Complete with 50+ pages, rage edition in very nice condition. A few small binding holes along the spine.
