Much relates to the Civil War with his thoughts on its progress and the progress of the entire country at that point. 
The back page has half a column of heads on the war.
Eight pages, some dirtiness to a bottom corner of two leaves, minor stains & wear at the margins, a bit irregular at the spine due to disbinding.
