GAZETTE OF THE UNITED STATES, New York, June 23, 1790  The front page has an essay: "On the Means of Preserving the Union of the American States" which takes a full column.  Also on the front page: "Eulogium, by Dr. Albigence Waldo, Delivered at the grave of the late General Israel Putnam." and reports from the "House of Representatives" which carry over to take all of page 2 as well.
The back page has a small ad by Elias Boudinot concerning the sale of his house in Elizabethtown, New Jersey.
