The front page has a banner headline: "CHARRED CAR OF BIAS FOES FOUND; LBJ SENDS DULLES" with subheads and photo of the car. (see images) Nice for display. This was a notable civil rights-related murder. Their bodies would be found on August 4 & 21 when white men--most members of the Ku Klux Klan including a local sheriff & his deputy--would be arrested.
Complete with 30+ pages, small binding holes along the spine, small library stamp within the masthead, nice condition.
