From just at the end of the Revolutionary War...
THE POLITICAL MAGAZINE, London, November, 1783 Certainly one of the less common magazines of the 18th century, formatted very much like the more common 'Gentleman's Magazine' of the day.
Much of the content is taken up with reports from Parliament, which includes some discussion concerning America. However, the American content is minimal, this issue essentially providing a sense of the discussions in England at this period of time.
No maps or plates called for are present.
Complete in 80 pages, full title/contents page, 5 by 8 1/4 inches, great condition.
Item from our new catalog - #372, released for November, 2026
