SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN, New York, Feb. 1, 1896  Page 3 has a notable report "Prof. Roentgen's Discovery" [Wilhelm Röntgen] which is the accounting of how the discovery of x-rays was made by accident.
The front page shows the United States Navy Yard in New York. Also within the issue are articles: "A Twenty-Five Cent Bicycle" made of wood; Mr. Vanderbilt's estate, Biltmore showing two photos; and more.
Complete in 16 pages, tiny pin holes at the blank spine from disbinding, nice condition.
