THE ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, Georgia, July 30, 1898  The front page has various reports on the Spanish-American War, including: "UNITED STATES COLORS NOW FLOAT OVER FIFTY THOUSAND PORTO RICANS" "General Miles with His Army of Invasion Quietly Takes Possession of the Second City of the Island" "Not A Single American Soldier Loses His Life" "WILL NOT GIVE UP PORTO RICO" "Spain Will Combat the Loss of That Island to the Last" and much more.
Complete in 10 pages, minor binding indents at the blank spine, partially loose at the spine, a few stains to the front page, good condition.
