THE LONDON GAZETTE, England, March 11, 1674  The front page has a report from Vienna which mentions in part: "...The Rebels in Hungary begin to give us great disturbance on that side again and have according to our last advices from those parts, pillaged and burnt 10 villages. The Jews in these countrey, have offered to give 400,000 Gilders, or else to raise 10 regiments for the Emperors' service, in case they may have liberty to trade in the Lower Austria as formerly..." with a bit more.
