The front page of the sports section has much on the Olympics in Berlin, Germany, including a banner headline: "OWENS, METCALF, WYKOFF 1 2 - 4 IN 100 FINAL", & other reports Happiest Day Of My Life---Owens" "Nazi Jim Crow Rule Holds At Owens Victory" "German Third Placer Given Bigger Cheer than Jesse" and other reports.
