Page 3 has over a full column on his death, headed: "Grievous Mortality" bordered with wide mourning rules. The report begins: "The painful talk has devolved on us to announce an event...will not be read without the most painful regret---On Friday last died, in the 53rd year of his age, to the unspeakable grief of an affectionate family, and a sympathizing community, His Excellency Increase Sumner, Esq. Governor of this Commonwealth..." with much more.
Four pages, stray ink marks at the bottom margin of the front page, nice condition.
