The back page has the full text of the: "Suspension of The Writ Of Habeas Corpus" being: "A Proclamation" signed in type by the President: Abraham Lincoln. This is followed by: "Officers & Soldiers of Black Regiments".
Four pages, large size, small binding indents at the blank spine, nice condition.
