Page 2 has an address of the Boston Marine Society to the President concerning the growing tensions with France, followed by the President's reply signed in type: John Adams. And the back page has "An Act for the Relief of the Refugees from the British Provinces of Canada & Nova Scotia who relocated there as Loyalists following the Revolutionary War., signed in script: John Adams.
