"Devoted To the Interests of the Militia, Military Science & National Defense" as noted in the masthead, where also is found their motto: "In Times Of Peace, Prepare For War". This title lasted but 52 issues. 
The most intriguing aspect of this issue is that the title is misspelled. See the photo for "Citizen Soldire" which I suspect was corrected in the next issue.
Eight pages, even toning, 9 1/2 by 12 1/2 in., a rare & uncommon title. Generally nice condition.
