Governor James Bowdoin, and page 3 notes: "...was married in Washington County in...Maryland Major General Horatio Gates to Miss Mary Vallance..." with a bit more.
The masthead features a patriotic engraving taken from one engraved by Paul Revere in the previous decade.
This issue is from our private collection and is printed on very thick-stock newsprint, has untrimmed margins, and is in great condition. Printing error on page 4 affects only ads.
