Early mention of Bermuda, or Somers Island...

THE POST-BOY, London, England, Oct. 26, 1727  The front page has a brief, and quite early mention of Bermuda, then known as the Somers Islands: "John Pit [Pitt], Esq, to be Lieutenant Governor and Commander in Chief of the Bermuda or Summer [Somers]  Islands, in the room of John Hope, Esq."
The front page also has mention of a ship bound for Virginia.
A single sheet newspaper, 8 by 13 1/2 inches, full red tax stamp on page 2, great condition.
