Page 3 has: "Arrangements For the Interment of the Late President" which includes a diagram showing the funeral procession and the position of "the corpse" with pall bearers, etc.
Also: "The New President" which includes the oath of office as recited by John Tyler, & signed by him in type. 
Great to have this report from the city where he died. Four pages, great condition.
