Page 3 has 2 reports concerning the Raid upon Harper's Ferry by John Brown & cohorts.
"The Harper's Ferry Conspirators" includes: "The counsel in Brown's case have filed exceptions to the decision of the Court...not decided before the day fixed for the execution, it is believed Gov. Wise will grant a reprieve...In Cook's case it is  anticipated that a plea of guilty will be entered...Stevens is still in a dangerous condition...The excitement here is subsiding, though a strict military guard is still maintained...".
Also: "Protection of the Armories" related to the Harper's Ferry insurrection as well.
