CINCINNATI DAILY COMMERCIAL, Ohio, Dec. 10, 1863 Although there are various reports on the Civil War, the most notable content is the front page pri9nting of the: "PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE" being the annual state-of-the-union address signed in type at it\s conclusion: Abraham Lincoln. This message takes half of the front page.
Also of interest on the front page is: "Detailed Rebel Account of the BATTLE OF MISSION RIDGE" as well as: "Lee to His Army, Expecting Battle" which is signed by him in type: R. E. Lee, General.
Four pages, large folio size, great condition. The folder size noted is for the issue folded in half.
