THE CONNECTICUT COURANT, Nov. 28, 1791  Mot of the front page is taken up with the French Revolution with a lengthy letter signed: Louis.
Most of page 3 is taken up with reports from Congress, including a brief note to the House concerning expenses for the year signed by the Secretary of the Treasury: Alexander Hamilton. This is followed by another letter signed: Alexander Hamilton with a chart of other expenses: "For compensation to the president, vice-president, chief justice, and associate judges" as well as Cabinet posts.
Page 3 mentions: "Col. Henry Lee is elected Governor of Virginia bye the Legislature of that state."
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, printed on thick stock paper, very nice condition.
