The top of 3 has a one column heading: "GIANT LOSES HEAD HOLIDAY PARADE" with subheads and related photo. The 1936 parade included several 1st appearances of iconic balloons, but most noteworthy were the first appearances of the following floats: "The Old Lady Who Lived in a Shoe", "Jack the Giant Killer" (the giant did not fare well), and "Humpty Dumpty".
