Page 35 has a 10 by 5 inch advertisement for the opening day for the film "The Time Machine" (see) Also a nice ad for Alfred Hitchcock's "Psycho". I suspect this to be an extremely rare item because there was really no reason to save it at the time.
Complete with 52 pages, a little right margin wear to the first few leaves (unrelated), otherwise quite nice.
