PAUL DISPATCVH, Minnesota, Jan. 26, 1931  The headline: "FACTOR NAMES TOUHY AS KIDNAPER" with related subheads on Roger Touhy, an Irish American mob boss & Prohibition-era bootlegger form Chicago. This reports his having been framed for the 1933 faked kidnapping of gangster John 'Jake the Barber' Factor (brother of Max Factor). Touhy would spend 26 years in prison, murdered by gangsters less than a month after his release.
The bottom of the front page reports on the capture of the Dillinger Gang, with photos of the members including John Dillinger.
