1917 Elmer Oliphant Army football photo...

Item # 681829 ·
EVENING TRIBUNE, San Diego, May 19, 1917

* Elmer Oliphant - Army Cadets college football photo

Page 14 has a two column action photo of Elmer Oliphant with heading: "Oliphant Captain of Army Eleven" with brief text. (see) Surprisingly this issue is in good condition being from the "wood pulp" era. Very hard to find issues that are not totally fragile from this era in paper. Rare as such.
Complete with 16 pages, small library stamp within the masthead, generally nice.
