The front page has a report from Annapolis, Maryland's House of Delegates noting in part: "...announcing the arrival of Sir Guy Carleton at New York as a commissioner for making peace or war in North America...the draft of a bill brought into the British Parliament to enable the King of Great Britain to conclude a peace of truce with the United States (by the appellation of the revolted colonies)..." with the text of that bill.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, red tax stamp on the front page, good condition.
