A notable issue from the year when the Great Plague was raging, and also from the year of the Great London Fire.
Much of the front page is taken up with a notable naval battle called the Four Days' Battle with the Dutch.
The bottom of the back page has a death report noting: "The Account of this Weeks Bill runs thus. The Total 341. Of the Plague 38. Increased in all 15. Decreased of the Plague 10."
A single sheet issue, 7 by 11 1/4 inches, an indent at the lower right margin does not affect any type, nice condition.

Background: The Four Days' Battle, fought from June 1–4, 1666 during the Second Anglo-Dutch War, was one of history’s longest naval battles. Dutch forces under Michiel de Ruyter defeated the English fleet led by George Monck and Prince Rupert after intense fighting. The Dutch sank or captured around ten English ships, inflicting a major defeat that showcased their naval superiority and shifted momentum in the war.
