The front page contains two Acts of Congress, each signed in type by the President: James Madison.
Page 2 has a number of War of 1812 reports including: "Latest from the Western Frontier" also: "General Orders" signed by William Hull and Isaac Brocks (some text loss here, see photos).
Also: "Gen. Brock's Proclamation" and 'Military Movements" "Gen. Hull And His Army" "Our Gallant Seamen" and a somewhat lengthy & historic: "Surrender of Detroit" report. Also: "Tribute to American Gallantry"
Four pages, nice condition save for the loss at the margin.
