EVENING TRIBUNE, San Diego, July 1, 1903

* Hanna Mine # 1 explosion disaster
* Union Pacific Coal Company - Wyoming

The top of the front page has a three column headline: "RESCUERS FOUGHT BY CRAZED MINERS" with subhead. (see) Surprisingly this issue is in good condition being from the "wood pulp" era. Very hard to find issues that are not totally fragile from this era in paper.
Complete with 6 pages, small library stamps within the masthead, some residue along the spine from disbinding, generally nice.
