A fine issue from just months before the formal outbreak of the Revolutionary War.
Content includes: "Thoughts on American Affairs Addressed to Parliament", which deals with taxation, etc. Also: "A Provisional Act for Settling the Troubles in America & for Asserting the Supreme Legislative Authority & Superintending Power of Great Britain over the Colonies" which takes nearly 2 pages. "Speech Against Declaring America in a State of Rebellion" takes over 2 pages. And: "Association of the Loyalists in Massachusetts Bay-- Account of the Proceedings of the American Colonists..." plus a few other America-related items.
Included is the road map called for.
Complete in 56 pages, 5 by 8 1/4 inches full title/contents page featuring an engraving of St. John's Gate, nice condition.
