NEW YORK TRIBUNE, Aug. 20, 1859  During this time famed Tribune publisher Horace Greeley took a trip to the West and wrote a series of articles on his adventures. Of his many published articles this may be the best and most desired.
Taking a full column on page 5 and more than a column on page 6  is: "An Overland Journey - Two Hours With Brigham Young" which is datelined at Salt Lake City, Utah, July 13, 1859.
This is a wonderful interview printed here verbatim. And Greeley being this newspaper's publisher this interview will not be found in other newspapers.
Complete in 8 pages, archivally rejoined at the spine, a bit close-trimmed at the right margin which affects the readability of about 6 words. Some light toning.

Eight pages, good condition.
