The back page has a half column: "Proclamation" signed in type by the President: John Adams, concerning the regulating of foreign silver coins & the issues of the same by the U.S. Mint. The front page has several letters "From the Secretary of State Mr. Monroe".
Four pages, handsome masthead, minor rubbing at folds, good condition.
