Page 3 has: "California Matters" "The Revenue of California" and:  "Close of the Convention & Signing of the Constitution" being fundamental reports on California becoming a state. Also: "Commerce of San Francisco, with all of the above taking a full column.
Also on page 3 is: "Treaty With the Sandwich Islands" which would shortly result in the historic treaty of Dec. 20, 1849 which would formally create relations between Hawaii and the United States.
Four pages, very nice condition.
