THE WEEKLY REGISTER, Baltimore, Aug. 15, 1812 Inside has over half a page on: "An Act to Authorize the Issuing of Treasury Notes", signed: James Madison.
Also present are: "Drafted Militia", "Proclamation" (by the governor of Connecticut concerning the War of 1812), "North Carolina Patriotism," and a nice chart headed: "Vessels of War" listing ships by size. There are many "Military Notices" as well.
Sixteen pages, 6 1/4 by 9 3/4 inches, very nice condition.
