Page 4 has a "British Proclamation" for preventing British citizens from serving in the U.S. military. Also: "Macomb's Victory" which is on the Battle at Plattsburgh, wit much detail.
Also inside is: "Events of the War" with various reports including a letter signed in type by: Andrew Jackson. Also a letter from Commodore Chauncey to the Secretary of the Navy signed in type: Isaac Chauncey.
Sixteen page, 6 1/4 by 10 inches, nice condition.
