THE DETROIT FREE PRESS, Michigan, December 10, 1963 The front page has the reporting of "Sinatra's Son Still Missing; 6 Seized" which also contains a small photo of Frank Sinatra, Jr. and of the place he was kidnapped from. There is an additional article "Young Frankie's Voice is Echo of Famed Dad".
Also on the front page is "Pilot Calm as Jetline Plunges - 'Clipper 214 Going Down in Flames'". This is the reporting of the tragic crash of Pan Am Flight 214 in which 81 people died on a flight from San Juan to Philadelphia. The plane had been struck by lightning around Elkton, MD. A photo of the crash is on the back page.
