The front cover features the red, white and blue service flag which was made famous symbolizing if a member of a household was in the military, one star for each member. Currently being used today. With this cover,  one was to cut out this service flag and hang it in a window.
Inside the issue are articles: "Close to the Front"; "Turning the Bank Book Over to Uncle Sam" and many other articles and advertisements.
Complete in 36 pages, a bit of label residue near the top of the cover, lacking the back color cover, generally nice condition.
